I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old quarter with a touch of luxury. The rooms were beautifully lit, with a lovely bathroom, excellent AC, and a charming balcony to enjoy. The service was top-notch, especially at the receptionist. The dining experience was delightful with hand-cut beef tartare. The facilities were outstanding, making my stay truly unforgettable.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and come with a lovely terrace, although the lighting could be improved. The service was exceptional, especially at the reception, but some additional amenities like laundry service would have been welcomed.
